We would like you to be fully satisfied with what you have purchased at Bags 4 Everyone. Our policy is a 30-day return policy, and this implies that you have 30 days at the end of the receiving of your item to make a return request.
Return Process
Your item should be in the same condition as the one that you received in order to qualify to receive a return: it has to be unworn or unused, has to have its tags, and must be in its original packaging.

- Return Authorization: In case your return is approved, we will provide your with a return shipping label, instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Window
There are 30 days in which you can make a return after the date of delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For Defective Products: In case product is wrong, damaged by carrier or defective in any other fashion we will reimburse the shipping cost (No cost to customer).- For Customer Remorse: In case the customer had bought the wrong product, it does not fit, or he/she does not want the item anymore, the customer will be charged with the real cost on the return shipping.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on returns.
Refunds
After getting and verifying your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved.
- Approval: When approved, you will be refunded automatically to the method of payment used on the initial transaction within 5-7 business days.
- Note: It might take some time before your bank or credit card company clears and records the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We request that you check your order as soon as it is received and call us directly in case of a defect or damage of the item or in case you receive the incorrect item in order to tell us about the problem and rectify it.
